Custom Giclée Printing
Museum Quality Archival GradeMost photo labs rely on RC (resin-coated) paper and mass-production techniques that often mute colours and lose the magic in the details. Fine art printing does the opposite—it brings every image to life with rich tones, crisp textures, and gallery-worthy materials.
At Candice Daum Photography, this level of quality isn’t the upgrade—it’s the standard. From heartfelt portraits to action-packed event images or limited-edition art prints, your memories are printed to shine and last.
Why Fine Art Printing Matters...
The difference you see here isn’t a mistake by the photo lab—it’s simply the limitation of their materials. Mass-market photo prints often use papers and inks that can’t capture the full richness of your image. That’s why Fine Art Printing exists—it delivers finer detail, a wider colour range, and archival quality that lasts over 100 years.
If you’re printing casual snapshots, a quick lab print might do the trick. But as photographers, we put so much heart into our work—shouldn’t the final print reflect that? It took me nearly a decade to realize just how much print quality matters. Now, I print all of my own work on a 44” wide professional fine art printer capable of using canvas, watercolour, textured, metallic, and traditional photographic papers.
When you print with me, every file is personally reviewed before printing. I’ll check for any issues and let you know if something needs a tweak—because your work deserves to look its best.
